Whatever it is we will take you on a journey to help you get back on track !

Welcome to Be Well, Stay Well C.I.C. (Not-for-Profit). We are a Community Health Initiative focused on improving peoples physical and mental health.
Too many people are living with poor health due to inactive/sedentary lifestyles the consequences of which may lead to physical problems such as mobility issues, high blood pressure/heart rate, high cholesterol levels, diabetes type 2, cardiovascular and respiratory damage as well as mental health issues such as depression, stress, and problematic anxieties.
Some of our volunteers know from their personal experiences what it takes to overcome the challenges surrounding addiction or substance dependency that can lead to stubborn unwanted habits, or just very poor physical or mental health. Life is too important to ignore those personal challenges. But, we’ve found that overcoming them begins with recognising that there is a problem, accepting it and understanding what’s happening to our bodies and our minds.
Through our own experiences, we found that the way to overcome the challenges, recover and move forward is to share the problem and get our bodies and minds back on track. We’ll help you do that through a combination of open discussion groups, guidance, counselling and professional advice on improved diet, regular managed exercise and quality relaxation time.

We offer holistic support through two related courses – Be Well and Stay Well Programmes. Together, they will improve your health and ensure you can stay there through our Aftercare programme. And, we’re so passionate and committed to physical and mental wellbeing that we offer the initial 12-week Be Well course free of charge.
