During the weekly Be Well and Stay Well sessions you will be introduced to different forms of exercise by an experienced and supportive coach. Regardless of your existing fitness level or condition, the sessions are designed to ease you in gradually and build your fitness and strength over the course of 12 weeks with the aim of encouraging you to continue into the future.
The instructor will coach you individually in proper form and technique through a range of different exercises with a focus on improving strength, fitness and mobility.
